I Ib. chicken breasts
1tsp. creole seasoning
1tsp. season all
1tsp. chili-powder
1tsp. salt
1tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. olive oil
8 - 2-inch flour tortillas
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/4 c. finely chopped green bell pepper .
1/4 c. finely chopped red bell pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped ripe olives
1/4 c. finely chopped green chili pepper
1 tsp. pureed garlic
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce

Cut the chicken into l-inch pieces. Place in a shallow dish. Mix the creole seasoning, Season All, chili
powder, salt and pepper and sprinkle over the chicken. Turn to coat thoroughly. Heat the oil in a
skillet and saute the chicken over medium-high heat until cooked, then drain and set aside to cool.
Next, place the chicken in a food processor and pulse-chop into coarse bits. Arrange the tortillas on
a flat surface; Combine all the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and add the chicken. Blend
thoroughly, then spread on the tortillas,
leaving a l-inch clean border. Roll up the tortillas and wrap firmly with plastic wrap, then refrigerate
for at least 6 hours. To serve: remove from plastic wrap and cut into thin slices. Serve at room temperature. Yields approximately 60 pieces. '
