½1 lb. Lasagna noodles
2 T oil
1 T. minced parsley
2 (6 oz) cans tomato paste
1 ½ cups hot water
oregano
2 eggs beaten
1 pint cottage cheese
3 lbs. ground beef
¼ tsp pepper of ½ tsp. rosemary
2 cloves garlic
1 med. onion chopped
2½ lb. Mozz or Swiss cheese, sliced
¼ cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles in salted water about 15 min. Drain. Heat oil, cook garlic and onion until soft. Add beef and seasonings and cook until crumbly. Add tomato paste and hot water. Simmer 5 minutes and set aside. Blend beaten eggs with cottage cheese.

Assemble: (9 X 13 pan)
thin layer of meat sauce
half of noodles
cottage cheese/egg mixture
½ mozz or swiss cheese
½ remaining meat sauce
remaining noodlees
remaining mozz or swiss cheese
top with rest of meat sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
