Personal Notes:
My very first memories of waking up on Sunday Morning was Mom beating swiss steak to tenderize. This was what Mom made every Sunday. She got up early to prepare lunch which consisted of Swiss Steak, Salad, Veggies, Rolls and ALWAYS 2 Homemade Pies! She did all of this, got us ready for Sunday School and Church; Played the Piano or Organ every Sunday, went home served lunch, cleaned up the dishes, had very little time for a Sunday Afternoon nap, was back at church no later than 5:00 for choir practice and then church at 6:00.
