1 Cup Evaporated Milk
1 Cup Regular Milk

Let milk heat to just below boiling;

Mix:

1 cup Sugar
2 Heaping Tbsp. Cornstarch
1/2 Cup MIlk
2 Egg Yolks

In 9 x 13 Baking Dish layer vanilla wafers; sliced bananas; filling; vanilla wafers; bananas; filling.

Beat Egg Whites until stiff peaks. Add 1/2 Cup Sugar and 1 Tbsp. Hot Water. Beat until stiff.

Cover with meringue and coconut if desired; bake in 350 oven for 5-7 minutes.
