Crust:

1 Stick Soft Butter
1 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts

Mix with hands and press into 9 x 11 baking dish. Bake 10 minutes at 350.

1 Cup Powdered Sugar
8 Oz. Package Cream Cheese
5 Ounces Cool Whip

Mix together and spread on cooled crust.

2 Packages Instant Lemon Jello Pudding
3 Cups Plain Milk

Heat and spread over cream cheese mixture.
