1 cup flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins and/or nuts, optional
Directions:

Mix together and store in a quart size ziploc bag.

Write instructions on the bag to add: 1 stick softened butter, 1 large egg, ½ tsp. vanilla extract. Mix, and refrigerate for 30 mnutes. Bake at 350º F. for 9-11 minutes.
