1 ½ cups flour
¾ cup white sugar
½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt

Mix together and store in a quart size ziploc bag.

Write instructions on the bag to add: 1 stick softened butter, 1 large egg, ½ tsp. vanilla extract. Mix & Bake at 350º F. for 9-11 minutes.
