3 ½ cups warm water
1 cup oil
¾ cup sugar OR ½ cup honey
6 TB yeast
1 TB salt
3 eggs
10 ½ cups whole wheat flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, oil, sugar or honey, and yeast together. Rest 15 minutes.

Add salt, eggs, and flour.

Shape immediately into rolls, cinnamon rolls, or hamburger buns. (Shape buns the size of patty; 12 fits on a baking sheet.) Let rise 10 minutes and bake 10 minutes at 425º F.

Can use less yeast, but it will take longer to rise.
