1 cup hot water
2 cups regular or instant powdered milk
2 cups sugar
2 TB margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hot water and milk in blender. Add sugar and margarine. Mix well.

Yield 2 ½ cans sweetened condensed milk

1 can (14 oz) = 1 ¾ cups

Keep in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
