1 qt hot water
2 heaping tbs lard
1 tbs salt
2 tsp sugar
1 qt milk cooled to luke warm
2 dry yeast packets dissolved into milk or water
Enough flour to handle the dough and for the board to knead it on

Directions:

Combine:
1 qt hot water
2 heaping tbs lard
1 tbs salt
2 tsp sugar
1 qt milk cooled to luke warm

In another bowl 2 dry yeast packets dissolved into milk or water

After the above is added together, add flour enough to handle on the board so you can knead it.

And let rise, second time and pat into bread tins and let rise to top and bake about 60 minutes.
