12 oz. bag frozen broccoli florets, steam in the bag for 3 min.
2 large or 3 medium boneless chicken breasts, diced to 1 inch pieces and microwaved until almost completely cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
juice of 2 lemons
1/2 C sour cream
1/2 C mayo
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 C bread crumbs
3 T. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Place broccoli in ungreased 9x11 casserole dish. Top with chicken. Combine soup, lemon juice, sour cream, mayo. and spices. Mix well and spoon on top of chicken. Sprinkle cheese on top, then bread crumbs and drizzle butter over. Cover with foil and bake for 40 min. Raise temp. to 400º, uncover and bake for 7 or 8 more minutes.
