1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
1/2 Cup Chopped Bell Pepper
1/2 Cup Chopped Celery
2 Tsp. Vegetable OIl
1 Cup Boiling Water
1 Packet Chicken Gravy Mix
1 Can Rotel Tomatoes
4 Ounces Velvet Cheese
8 Ounces Cooked Chopped Chicken


2 Cups Cooked Thin Spaghetti

Sauce first 3 ingredients in oil. Add gravy mix dissolved in water. Add remaining ingredients. Layer mixture with spaghetti in 8 x 8 Pyrex dish coated with Pam. Make covered in 400º oven for 25 minutes.

When I was in High School, Aunt June took me to Weight Watchers with her. This is one of the recipes Mom would make....it was good but never as good as her spaghetti!!!!
