1 lb. Ground Beef
2/3 Tbsp. Cumin
Garlic Powder
Chili Powder
1 - 10 3/4 Oz. Can Tomato Soup
1 Can Water
1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk
1 Can Chili (no beans)
1 lb. Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 Package Corn Tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and spices. Combine soup, water and milk. In a large casserole place layer of tortillas, sauce, cheese and onion. Repeat until all are used. Bake at 350 to melt cheese.

Mom had beautiful pottery from Mexico that she used when she made enchiladas. I don't know what happened to those dishes. It was always fun when she made Mexican Food. At that time, there were no Mexican Restaurants in Jonesboro or anywhere close....
