2-4 Salmon Fillets
1 TBS Stone Ground Coarse Mustard per 2 fillets
1 TBS Honey Mustard per 2 fillets
1 TBS Horseradish Mustard per 2 fillets
1 TBS Olive Oil
2 TBS Butter
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat Broiler
2. Combine 3 Mustards in a small bowl
3. Heat oil in oven proof pan
4. Add Salmon and cook
5. Spread Mustard Mixture over (Skin Side Down)
6. Broil until mixture browns, about 4 minutes
7. Add butter and lemon in a skillet or small sauce pan
8. Spoon over salmon

I have also made this in a skillet on top of the stove.
