1/3 Cup Milk
1 Tsp. Vanilla
2 Tablelspoons Butter
10 Slices Bread

In shallow bowl, combine Egg, Milk and Vanilla.

In nonstick skillet, over medium heat, melt two tablespoons butter. Dip bread slices in egg mixture to coat; transfer to skillet. Brown about 3 minutes on each side...
