1 pkg. [10 oz] frozen peas
2 Tbl. butter
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbl. flour
1/4 tsp dill weed
1 1/2 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook peas according to pkg, directions & drain.
Blend melted butter with flour, salt & dill weed in pan --
gradually stirring in milk, cook over low heat, stir until thickened,
Add peas to sauce & heat thoroughly
makes 2 1/2 c

Something we used to have with Baking Powder dumplings when I was young
We would put brown sugar on this -- sauce was more like a gravy
