Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
6 eggs, separated pinch of salt
3 1/2 sifted powdered sugar 4 c flour [maybe less]
1/4 tsp anise

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff
Beat egg yolks & fold into egg whites
Then fold in powder sugar
Then fold in flour and anise
Drop on greased cookie sheet
Let stand overnite
Bake 325º about 20 min

These are self icing cookies
