1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup margarine or butter, melted
3 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (21 oz) can pie filling any flavor, chilled

Preheat oven to 300º F.

Combine crumbs, sugar, and margarine. Press into 24 ightly greased or paper-lined muffin cups.

In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, then eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Spoon about 3 TB into each prepared cup.

Bake 20 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill. Top with pie filling, whipped topping, or both. Refrigerate leftovers.

CHOCOLATE: Add 1 (6 oz) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips melted, to batter.

**If greased muffin cups are used, cool baked cheesecakes. Freeze 15 minutes. Remove from pans.
