1 pint sour cream
¾ cup sugar
2 TB lemon juice
⅛ tsp. salt
⅓ cup chopped nuts
3 TB maraschino cherries, chopped
1 can crushed pineapple
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, and salt. Then add nuts, cherries, and pineapple.

Put into cupcake baking cups. Put into cupcake pan and freeze.

Remove from freezer at serving time. Makes 1 dozen.
