Ingredients:  
Use unsalted butter

2 sticks of butter softened...just let it sit on the counter for awhile
when softened, stir with spoon until creamy.

1 tbs Chopped parsley

1 tbs Chopped rosemary

Chopped 4-5 garlic cloves

Garlic Powder

Chopped fresh dill weed

Chopped fresh onion

Chopped fresh dill and zemon zest

Cajun or blackened seasoning

Lawry's seasoned salt


Directions:

Add or mix one or two ingredients (start out small with the herbs).

Stir into butter and be sure and taste.

Put butter onto parchment paper.

Try to make it look like a log.

When spread on paper, roll up into a roll.

After rolled up, wrap in cling wrap and then foil and freeze.
