1 lb. Ground Beef, extra lean
2 C. Mushrooms, sliced
1 C. Red and Yellow Peppers, chopped
½ C. each Onions and Celery, chopped
1 Can Stewed Tomatoes, do not drain
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 C. Macaroni, uncooked
2 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbs. Chili Powder
¼ C. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF . Cook beef until browned in large skillet. Add mushrooms, peppers, onions, and celery. Cook and stir for 3 mins. Place mixture into shallow 2 qt. baking dish. Stir in all other ingredients, except cheese. Bake covered until pasta is tender about 50 mins. Stir, then sprinkle with cheese and let stand about 5 mins. before serving.
