Noodles were served on Christmas Eve at my Mom's Parents Home Every Year. (Grandma and Grandpa Steinegger) Once Grandma was not physically able to make the noodles for the whole family, Mom, Carolyn and Jane would rotate each year making the noodles. They passed Grandma's pan to the person responsible for making the noodles....the same pan was used every year. My Mom had the pan at her house when she passed away. I took it to her sister Carolyn to keep...
