1½ Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
¼ Cup Sugar
6 Tbsp. Butter Melted

4 - 8 Ounce Packages of Cream Cheese
2 Tsp. Vanilla
1¾ Cup Sugar
6 Eggs
2 Cups Light Cream
2 Ounces Unsweetened Chocolate (Melted)

Combine Graham Cracker Crumbs, sugar and butter. Press in bottom and 2 incessantly up sides of 9" springform pan and set aside.

Beat cream cheese and vanilla until fluffy; gradually beat in sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating just until blended. Stir in cream. Combine about 3 cups of the batter and cooled chocolate. Pour plain cheese mixture into crust; gradually add chocolate mixture using zigzag motion. Bake at 450º for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300ºF and continue baking for additional 1 hour 10 minutes. Cool one hour; remove sides of pan. Chill cake.
