1-10 oz. package frozen spinach
1 pkg. Mrs. Grass or Knoss dry vegetable soup mix
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
3 green onions, diced finely
1-8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts, diced
1 loaf round bread

Directions:
Directions:
Remove spinach from container , thaw and squeeze moisture out and
drain. In medium bowl, mix together mayo, sour cream and dry mix
until creamy. Add green onions, water chestnuts and drained spinach.
Mix thoroughly. Cover and chill for 3 hours. Cut top off bread and
center out of loaf. Cut rest into dipping pieces. Pour dip into bread
bowl. Serve with bread pieces and or dipping chips. Makes about 3 cups.
