1 C warm water
2¼ tsp. yeast
1 Tbs. honey
2 tsp. salt
3Tbs Kraft Sun-Dried Tomato & Oregano dressing, or 2 Tbs. olive oil
3 C bread flour (more gluten = better, fluffy crust)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, stir yeast and honey into warm water. Set aside about 10 mins. Once yeast has foamed over, pour in salt, oil, and half the flour. When that flour is incorporated, start adding additional flour, a little at a time, until dough is slightly tacky but no longer sticks to your hands.

Knead dough rigorously for 6 mins. The dough should be smooth and easy to work with. (At this point dough can be frozen if you want. Divide in half, place in freezer bags. To use, let sit to get to room temp and 2x size; 6-8 hrs)

Lightly grease the bowl and dough, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for about 2hrs.
