1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup White Karo Syrup
1 Cup Peanut Butter

Bring sugar and syrup to boil - add peanut butter. Mix 6 Cups Rice Krispies. Pour into buttered dish.

Fudge:

2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Milk
2 Tbsp. Syrup
2 Tbsp. Cocoa

Directions:
Bring ingredients for fudge topping to a boil. After it forms a soft ball in water, add 2 Tbsp. Butter and 2 Tbsp. Vanilla.
