2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1 ½ cubes margarine or butter
1 cup light Karo syrup
pinch of salt
1 can sweetened condensed milk
4-5 large bowls of popcorn

Directions:
Directions:
Add first 4 ingredients to saucepan. Boil to softball stage on candy thermometer, stirring constantly over medium high heat.

Remove from heat. Add sweetened condensed milk.

Pour over popcorn and mix well. Cool and enjoy.
