½ cup flour
1 TB sugar
½ tsp. salt
1 cup milk
1 TB oil
Directions:
Directions:
Whip egg whites. Mix everything else together . Fold in egg whites.

Cook on stove top on griddle or pan.

Serve with powdered sugar and fresh lemon juice.
