1/4 cup warm water
1 pkg. Active dry yeast
2 3/4 cups boiling water
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 tbsp. Salt
8 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Begin at 5pm. Stir first amount of sugar in warm water in small bowl. Sprinkle yeast overtop. Let stand 10 minutes. Stir to dissolve yeast.

Pour boiling water into large bowl. Stir in second amount of sugar, butter and salt. Cool to lukewarm. Add yeast mixture.

Beat in about 1/4 of the flour. Work in remaining flour until dough pulls away from sides of bowl. Place in greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover with tea towel. Let stand on counter until 7pm. Punch dough down. Cover with tea towel. Let stand on counter until 10pm. Punch dough down. Divide into 36 egg size pieces. Shape into buns. Arrange on greased baking sheets. Cover with tea towel. Let stand on counter until morning.

Bake at 375º for 15 to 20 minutes.
