1/2 cup shortening

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1 cup flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 pinch of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together shortening.

Mix together and form into small balls.

Place on greased cookie sheet and use fork dipped in sugar to make criss/cross pattern.

Bake at 375º F
