4 boneless chicken breasts

1 (10 1/4 ounce) can of cream of chicken soup (or cream of Mushroom)

10 ounces water

4 slices swiss cheese

Freshly sliced mushrooms

1 (6 ounce) box seasoned stuffing mix (StoveTop)

Directions:
Directions:
Use a shallow baking dish, smaller than a 9 x 13.

Spray pan with non-stick spray and lay chicken breasts on top.

Add a slice (or 2) of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast.

Add a slice or 2 of ham.

One box of Stovetop stuffing mix (fix according to box instructions).

Add soup mixed with water and pour 3/4 of mixture over chicken.

Top chicken mixture with stuffing mix and pour remaining soup mix over stuffing.

Bake uncovered at 350º F for 1 hour.

Test chicken with a meat thermometer.

If stuffing is getting crispy, cover with foil.
