Heavy Whipping Cream (pint size if serving on a pie).

Sugar

Vanilla

Directions:
Make sure your bowl and beaters for your mixers are ICE COLD.

Place in freezer for a bit.

Pour cream into cold bowl, whip until starting to thicken, then add sugar (taste it, see if you need more).

Add a small amount at first, then pour in a capful of vanilla.

Beat until thick/stiff.
