1 pound hamburger meat

1 medium onion

1 (28 ounce) can of tomatoes with juice (any kind with chili's)

1 (8 ounce) can of tomato sauce

1 (14-16 ounce) can of pinto beans with juice

1 (14-16 ounce) can of corn with juice (not creamed corn)

1 package of dry taco seasoning in a packet

Use a soup pot or a very large sauceplan to make this.

Brown 1 pound of hamburger and one medium onion.

Drain and set aside.

Add to a soup pot.

Add cooked hamburger and onions.

Bring to a simmer.

Do not boil.

If needed you can always add a little water if it’s too thick.

Cook at least for 30 minutes (longer if you can).

Serve with shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onions, avocado, sour cream, cilantro and tortilla chips.
