1 cup soft shortening
1 ½ cup sugar
2 eggs
2 ¾ cup flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp soda
½ tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
* Preheat oven to 375º

* Cream shortening & sugar.

*Mix in eggs.

* Blend in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda & salt.

* Chill dough.

*Roll into walnut size balls.

* Roll in cinnamon & sugar.

* Place on greased cookie sheet.

*Lightly flatten with a fork.

* Bake @ 375º for 10-12 minutes.
