2 cups Almond Milk and Cashew Milk blend, unsweetened
1 ½ cup of frozen blueberries
5 Pineapple chunks
1 Banana, broken into small pieces
1 cup of spinach
1 tablespoon blackstrap molasses
Pinch of lemon zest
Maple syrup, to taste
¼ cup shredded coconut (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend until mixed completely. Note that if you use shredded coconut, it will add texture.
