Cake:

3 C flour
2 C sugar
2½ t baking soda
½ t salt
½ C cocoa
¾ C oil
2½ t vanilla
2 C cold water
2 T vinegar

Frosting:

2 oz baking chocolate
1 C sugar
1 C boiling water
3 T cornstarch
2 T butter
1 T vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Mix dry ingredients thoroughly. Stir in wet. Bake in greased pan at 350 degrees for approx 30 min until done.

Frosting: Combine sugar and cornstarch. Add boiling water and chocolate. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla. Spread at once.
