2 cans artichoke hearts, drained well and cut into pieces.
3/4 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste. I also add a little bit of garlic salt or powder. The garlic is optional.

1. Combine all ingredients and bake for 35-40 minutes at 350º. Sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on top of desired.

2. Service with your favorite crackers or chips.
