Ingredients:  
1 can cream of celery soup + ½ soup can of water, blended
1 lb. hamburger
⅔ c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 T. minced onion
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Measure out ¼ c. soup mixture, combine with hamburger, bread crumbs, egg, onion & salt.

Shape into 1 inch balls. Brown in 1 T. oil. Add remaining soup mixture. Simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice or noodles.

Note: I use 2 cans soup and 1 can water so there is more gravy.
