½ cup butter
1 ½ cups of sugar
3 large eggs
1/4 cup of flour
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
Dash of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Line the bottom of a deep dish pie pan with a bought or homemade crust, you do not have to cook ahead of adding the mixture
Cream the butter sugar
Add the eggs one at a time
Add the remaining ingredients into the mixer and combine
Pour mixture into the prepared pie crust
Bake at 425 for 10 minutes
Love the over and finish baking at 350 for 30-35 minutes until consistency resembles a pumpkin pie.
