1 1/4 cup ketchup
1 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup maple syrup
3/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon soy sauce or liquid smoke
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
A couple of dashes of Saltgrass Seven Seasoning

Mix all ingredients in medium sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until thickened.
