1 Cup Self Rising Corn Meal
¾ Cup Buttermilk
1 Egg
3 Tablespoons Hot Melted Butter
1 Minced Onion

Add well beaten egg and milk to meal. Add melted butter and minced onion just before frying. Fry tablespoonful of batter in deep oil.
