1 Stick of Butter or Margarine
1 Cup Sugar
2 Egg Whites
1¾ Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Topping:
1 Cup Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 Cup Sliced Almonds
Directions:
Directions:
Cream Butter and Sugar Well. Add Eggs. Alternate Dry Ingredients with Sour Cream. Add Vanilla. Pour Half of the Batter in 9 x 13 Baking Dish, Sprinkle with half of Topping. Ad remaining Batter and top with Remaining Topping. Bake at 350º for 25 Minutes.
