2 cans cherry pie filling
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, cut up

Dump cherries into crockpot. Sprinkle cake mix over top. Place pieces of butter all over top. DO NOT STIR. Cover and cook on high 2 1/2 hours. Serve with vanilla ice cream!
