1 potato
4 small beets
1 sm carrot
1 stalk celery
1 sm dill
1 red onion or scallions
1 t oil
4 c broth
2 c water
Parsley
Ricotta on top or with rye cracker or bread
Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil potato 10-15 min then peel
2. Boil beets 10 min then peel
3. Cut veggies
4. Saute onion
5. Cook veggies on broth
6. Add everything low heat
