1 1/2 c flour
3 eggs
1 cup bread cubes browned in butter
1 3/4 c mashed potatoes
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and add enough flour to handle & form into balls
Cook on top of sauerkraut for 10 min or steam over boiling water.
Grease rack before placing dumplings on or they will stick to rack

OR

Cook in boiling water for 10-13 min
Take out of water

Serve with pork or other kinds of meat
