2 pounds of Pecans Halved (8 cups)
2 Egg Whites
2 tsps Cold Water

1 Cup Sugar
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Nutmeg
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl covering all the nuts Mix 4 dry ingredients together and then add to large bowl

Butter cookie sheet and spread mixture out
Bake at 250 for and hour, stirring every 20 minutes
