1 pkg. [17.3oz] frozen puff pastry, thawed 1/2 c sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp cloves 1/2 c finely chopped toasted pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1. On a lightly floured surface, roll one sheet of puff pastry into an 11"x8" rectangle.
2. Combine sugar, cinnamon, cloves & pecans
3. Sprinkle half over pastry.
4. Working from short sides, roll up each side jelly-roll style to the center until they meet in the middle.
5. With a sharp knife, cut the roll into 1/2" slices.
6 Place on parchment lined baking sheet.
7, Repeat with remaining pastry and sugar-pecan mixture
8. Bake 375º 12 min or until crispy & golden brown
9. Remove from baking sheets to wire rack.
