1 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons margarine
3 tablespoons white sugar
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 beaten egg
1 tablespoon yeast
1/2 cup lukewarm water
1 teaspoon sugar
3 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sour cream. Add margarine, 3 tablespoons white sugar, baking soda and salt. Cool to lukewarm. Add egg.

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water with 1 teaspoon sugar. Mix in flour. Mix well. Let stand 1/2 hour or more.

Roll out. Spread on margarine, brown sugar and cinnamon. Fold over. Cut into strips 1/2 inch wide. Twist strips. Let rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Bake at 375º approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
