Ingredients:  
2 lbs. fresh pork sausage links, place links in cold skillet
with 4 to 6 T. Water. Cover with tight fitting lid. Cook over
low heat 5 to 8 minutes, remove lid, brown slowly turning
so that all sides get browned. Cool. Before serving, cut
into bite size pieces. Serve from chafing dish with cocktail
picks. Dip into Spicy Cocktail Sauce.

SPICY COCKTAIL SAUCE:
2-8 oz. cans tomato juice
½ t. salt
chopped onion
½ t. basil
2 T. Lime juice
Dash Tabasco
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
In medium bowl, stir tomato sauce, lime juice,
Worcestershire sauce, salt, basil and Tabasco together. Chill if
going to serve cold. May also be served heated.
