(for BBQ….steaks, chops, escargot, garlic toast & more)

Full Recipe
1 pound butter, room temperature (soft)
1 c olive oil
2 teaspoons fine sea salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2-4 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
2 tsp basil (fresh is best)
2 tsp parsley “ ”
2 tsp tarragon “ ”
1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)


1/2 RECIPE

½cup of butter
¼ cup olive oil
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp fresh ground pepper
1 garlic clove, peeled and chopped
½ tsp basil (fresh is best)
½ tsp parsley “ ”
½ tsp tarragon “ ”
½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Directions:

Use Fresh chopped herbs if available.
Mix all the above ingredients until very smooth.

Season with more salt and pepper, if needed.
Cover and store in fridge.

Some ideas:
-Brush on steaks and flame broil.
-Melt and drizzle on escargot/mushroom caps topped with Mozza & broil
-Brush on French bread and bake @350 til brown.
